Public Offer for the “Cyberbrain — workspace with AI agents” service (payments in baht and euros)

Teleeng (Thailand) Co., Ltd., registration number 0835566019865, address: 89/545 Moo 6, T. Wichit, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand (the “Provider”), offers any legally capable individual who pays for the Service in Thai baht or in euros (the “User”) to enter into an agreement on the terms below (the “Agreement”).

The seller is determined by the payment currency. Users who pay in Russian roubles enter into an agreement with IP Grynkevich-Sudnik A. V. under the offer at https://cyberbrain.pro/offer.

1. Definitions

1.1. Service — the “Cyberbrain” web application at https://cyberbrain.pro and its subdomains: a workspace where the User keeps documents, tasks and conversations with AI agents — programs that, at the User’s request, search, read, write and edit documents in the User’s workspace.

1.2. Account — the User’s record in the Service; sign-in is confirmed with a code sent by email or via Telegram.

1.3. Plan — the terms of access to the Service: the amount of AI agent usage, the term and the price. Current plans are published at https://cyberbrain.pro/pricing (the “Pricing Page”).

1.4. Paid Period — 30 (thirty) calendar days of a paid Plan, counted from the successful payment or, if paid before the current period ends, from the end of the current period.

1.5. User Materials — documents, files, messages and other data that the User uploads to or creates in the Service, including with the help of AI agents.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider gives the User remote access to the Service over the Internet within the paid “Pro” Plan for the Paid Period, and the User pays for it.

2.2. Since 9 October 2026 a new Account receives a free Plan: 10 (ten) messages to AI agents in total, Sonnet and Haiku models; it is provided free of charge and without an agreement with the Provider. Plan limits are shown on the Pricing Page. The service is provided remotely; the Provider does not deliver any physical media.

3. Acceptance

3.1. The Agreement is concluded upon payment. Before paying, the User confirms in the payment form that they have read and accept this offer, the refund policy and the Privacy Policy.

3.2. By accepting the offer, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable.

4. How the service is provided

4.1. Access to the “Pro” Plan is enabled automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes. The end date of the Paid Period is shown in the Account.

4.2. If access is not enabled within 24 hours, the User writes to support@cyberbrain.pro with the Account email and the payment date. The Provider enables access or refunds the payment within 10 (ten) days.

4.3. The Service works in a modern browser (latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). The Provider may carry out scheduled maintenance. Maintenance longer than 4 (four) hours is announced in the Service in advance.

5. Price and payment

5.1. The price of the “Pro” Plan for the Paid Period:

Prices include applicable taxes.

5.2. The Service panel suggests the currency by the country from which the User opens the Service (by IP address): Russia and CIS countries — roubles, Thailand — baht, all other countries — euros. The User can change the currency with the “₽ / ฿ / €” switch in the payment form. Payment in roubles is made under the offer of IP Grynkevich-Sudnik A. V., not under this offer.

5.3. Payments are accepted through the Stripe payment service. The User enters card details in the Stripe form; the Provider neither receives nor stores them. The User’s bank may charge a currency conversion fee, which is not included in the price. A receipt is emailed by Stripe.

5.4. No automatic charges. The Plan does not renew by itself: when the Paid Period ends, the Account switches to the free Plan. The Plan can be extended by a new payment — the new period starts when the current one ends.

5.5. The Provider may change the price. A new price applies to payments made after it is published on the Pricing Page. Periods already paid are not recalculated.

6. Rights and obligations

6.1. The Provider undertakes to give access to the Service within the Plan during the Paid Period, to keep User Materials confidential except as stated in the Privacy Policy and required by law, and to reply to requests within 3 (three) business days.

6.2. The Provider may suspend access if the User breaches clause 6.3, after warning the User by email, unless a delay would harm the Service or third parties.

6.3. The User undertakes not to share access to the Account with third parties; not to use the Service for unlawful actions, spam, circumventing Plan limits or attacks on the Service; and to upload only those Materials the User has the right to use.

7. User Materials and AI agents

7.1. Rights to User Materials remain with the User or their right holders. The Provider processes Materials only to provide the service.

7.2. AI agents’ answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. The User checks them before using them.

7.3. To run AI agents, the Provider sends the User’s requests and the fragments of Materials needed for the answer to a language model provider. The providers are listed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation and refunds

8.1. The refund policy at https://cyberbrain.pro/intl/refund is part of the Agreement. The User may cancel the Plan at any time. If the Plan has not been used, the full amount is refunded; if it has been used, the price of the unused full days is refunded. An erroneous or duplicate charge is refunded in full. Money is returned through Stripe to the same card within 10 (ten) days of the request.

9. Liability

9.1. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (communications, payment services, model providers) or by force majeure, to the extent permitted by law. This offer does not limit the rights that the law of the User’s country of residence grants the User as a consumer.

10. Personal data

10.1. The Provider processes personal data under the Privacy Policy at
https://cyberbrain.pro/intl/privacy.

11. Governing law and disputes

11.1. Claims are sent to support@cyberbrain.pro. The Provider replies within 10 (ten) days. Disputes not settled by correspondence are heard by the court at the Provider’s location, unless the law of the consumer User’s country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Term and changes to the offer

12.1. The Agreement is valid until the end of the Paid Period or until either party withdraws.

12.2. The Provider may change the offer by publishing a new edition at the same address at least 7 (seven) days before it takes effect. A new edition does not change the terms of a period already paid.

13. Provider details
