Cancellation and refunds

When we refund
You may cancel the “Pro” plan at any time.

Example: paid €20 on 1 October, cancelled on 11 October. 20 days unused, refund
€20 × 20 ÷ 30 = €13.33.
Once refunded, the “Pro” plan is switched off, the account moves to the free plan, documents are kept.
How to request
- Write to support@cyberbrain.pro from your account email.
- State the payment date and amount.
- We confirm receipt within 1 business day and reply on the merits within 10 days.
How the money comes back
We refund through Stripe to the same card and in the same currency as the payment. Banks usually credit a refund within 5–10 business days. Exchange rate differences are set by the card’s bank. Stripe sends a refund notification.
No automatic charges
The plan does not renew by itself, so there is no subscription to cancel.
