Cyberbrain Privacy Policy (payments in baht and euros)

1. Who processes the data
1.1. Teleeng (Thailand) Co., Ltd., registration number 0835566019865, address: 89/545 Moo 6, T. Wichit, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand (the “Company”); contact email: support@cyberbrain.pro.
1.2. This Policy applies to users who pay for the Service in Thai baht or in euros, and is written with regard to the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Users who pay in roubles — see https://cyberbrain.pro/privacy.
2. What data
- email address, name or nickname;
- Telegram ID and username, if signing in via Telegram;
- payment details: amount, currency, date, Stripe payment ID, plan. The Company does not receive the card number, expiry date or CVC;
- IP address, browser type, sign-in time, session cookie;
- data the user uploads to the Service in their own documents and messages.
3. Purposes and legal basis

No marketing emails are sent.
4. Who receives the data

Data is disclosed to public authorities only upon a request based on law.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. After the account is deleted, the data is erased within 30 days, and from backups as they rotate, no later than 24 months. Payment details are kept as long as Thai tax and accounting law requires. Web server logs are kept for 14 days.
6. Security
HTTPS (TLS), sign-in with a one-time code, no passwords. Card data is processed by Stripe (PCI DSS). An AI agent sees exactly what its user sees. Backups and an activity log are kept.
7. User rights
The user may obtain a copy of their data, correct it, request erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC). Requests are sent to support@cyberbrain.pro from the account email; the Company replies within 30 days.
8. Cookies
Only the session cookie required for sign-in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
9. Changes
A new edition takes effect when published at https://cyberbrain.pro/intl/privacy.
